Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
1. Perform and analysis quality calculations (quality take-offs) for construction documents.
2. Review and verify coordination of design and quality calculations of plan details.
3. Review shop drawings and respond to Requests for Information.
4. By using AUTOCAD or GSTAR drawing software, able to handle the ACMV layout plan, project submission drawing and as built drawing.
5. Attend the regular meeting,complete minutes of regular meeting. (depend on situation)
6. Cooperate with construction unit to prepare overall project progress schedule based on the contract period.
7. Ensure that the project is completed on time and on quality, minimize project costs, save materials, and achieve the overall project objectives.
8. Responsible for compiling general budget and estimate individual project comprehensive budget,construction drawing budget, prepare in timely, all the data and content shall complete and accurate.
9. Participate in construction, materials and equipment bidding.
10. Complete the urgent work assigned by leader.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. (Experience in construction based are advantage)
- Required language(s): English, Melayu, Mandarin
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Autocad, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excels, Microsoft Power Point
- Preferably to have experience in Air Conditioning System & Mechanical Ventilation Field.
- Able to work as a team. Able to communicate and coordinate as a team. Work independently.
- Cheerful, Patient, Responsible and Enthusiasm.
- Preferably live nearby our company (Skudai area) are advantage.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
