Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
-Perform general human resources job, administrative and clerical works.
-Maintain & update office operations records.
-Participate in worker & company vehicle insurance, relevant pass registration, change and annual renew progress.
-Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves.
-Assist superior in policy formulation, hiring, job posting, schedule job interview and salary administration.
-Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees.
-Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
-Assist with all ISO documentation to ensure documentation is up to date and properly filed.
-To complete the works assigned by leaders and urgent work.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
-Required language(s): English, Melayu, Mandarin
-Mandarin Speaking are advantage.
-Preferably 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is a bonus..
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excels, Microsoft Power Point
- Able to work as a team. Able to communicate and coordinate as a team. Work independently.
- Cheerful, Patient, Responsible and Enthusiasm.
- Preferably live nearby our company (Skudai area) are advantage.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.

Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U , Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level , Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
